Since its formation in 1977, Kenningham Underwood Armstrong has been
practising right in the heart of West Yorkshire. The
aim of the practice was to provide a personal caring and friendly
service whilst remaining professional and efficient at all times.
These ethics are still in place now and we pride ourselves on our
approachability and professionalism.
Kenningham Underwood Armstrong offers a comprehensive civil
legal service to both private clients, businesses, and legally aided
clients. Our continued aim is to provide the highest possible personal
service to each and every client. The firm places great emphasis on
service to all our clients who not only require expert legal advice but
who are the future of the practice.
The firm has a strong Matrimonial Family Law department dealing with all
aspects of Family matters. The firm has recognised expertise in the
fields of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence and deals with a
diversity of claims for industrial injury and diseases, taking
instructions from a broad range of clients across the North of England.
The firm receives a growing number of instructions in small and medium
commercial matters from clients who find our personal approach more to
their liking and our fees more affordable than the major Yorkshire
commercial practices. The firm carries out a broad range of conveyancing
and property transactions, probate and private client work.
We
hold the Legal Services quality mark following strict annual audits. We
are able to offer public funding in all aspects of family law and
children’s law if you meet the means and
merit tests. The firm attained Investor in People accreditation in
December 1999.
